After earning his undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary in 1979 and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 1981, Richter rose to prominence at Morgan Stanley, serving 18 years in healthcare equity research. Since 1999, he has led Bank of America’s global healthcare investment banking group as managing director, earning 17 “All-American Analyst” designations and Wall Street Journal’s “All-Star Analyst” honors.
